What's up with the WEAK BLADDER?

Okay, please excuse my bluntness but ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I'm not 3, I'm 36 for crying out loud! Ok ok ok . . . let me back up! I was having a sneezing attack today and as I stood up I sneezed again and peed myself!!! Are you flippin kidding me!! Why didn't anyone share this little tid bit of information with the rookie!! Geez Louise!! Lately when I sneeze I'm running to the restroom squeezing my bum cheeks praying that I make it in time! And WHAT'S WORSE, I hear it get WORSE!! WHAT??????????????
